Cancellation and Refunds

Thank you for choosing Merch and Threads for your Apparel , Keychains and Action Figure need. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to cancel an order. This policy outlines our cancellation and refund process for t-shirt purchases.

Cancellations:

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting us through [support@merchandthreads.com]. Please include your order number and the reason for cancellation in your request.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

Refunds:

  • Full refunds will be issued for any orders cancelled before they are shipped.
  • For orders that have already shipped, refunds will be issued for items returned in their original condition, with tags attached within 7 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exceptions:

  • Refunds will not be issued for items that are damaged, worn, or altered in any way.
  • Refunds will not be issued for custom-made or personalized items.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we believe the customer is abusing our return policy.
